[TSVN] svn+ssh Unable to write to standard output

I followed all instructions in the FAQ. My server is Unix box and my
workstation is windows.
I have putty, tortoiseSVN installed. puttygen, subversion client
installed on my workstation.
From windows command prompt if i run plink username@MyConnection it
says identity added and connects me to the server. If i use
TortoisePlink username@MyConnection I get message "Unable to write to
Standard output"
/usr/local/bin is already in my path so i know i have access to svnserve.
I am also able to connect with putty. So i know my keys are ok
Trying to use TortoiseSVN repository browser with url
svn+ssh://username@MyConnection/repository/morepath I get the same
error "Unable to write to standard Output" error.
I know the repository is fine because from another unix box when i
use svn commands from the command line i get back all my repository files.

Thanks
