Alexander,

Tortoise is a very sweet interface to SVN. As I do most linux programming
tasks via a windows 2000 workstation it seemed a good fit. I need only a
few of the basic features - add to repository, update, delete, commit. I
may still be able to use Tortoise with the limitation that certain sections
of the project have to be handled via the unix commandine (those with
symbolic links as part of the mix).

Plus, I have to remember to do this. :)
