How about if TSVN asks which is to be on the left, and which on the right?

I suppose you couldn't infer this from revision number anyway, if you tagged
v3.1 from trunk at r500, then tagged v2.9 from a branch at r510, you would
(probably) want r510 on the left side anyway.

A dialog along the lines of "Should files in '/tags/v3.1' appear on the left or
right side?" would be great.
