[TSVN] Feature request: Offer to switch after branch creation

Hi folks,

After creating a new branch, there is a dialog warning you that the
switch has *not* happened which you have to click through. It might be
sensible to change this to a dialog which offers the choice of switching
to the new branch or staying at home. No extra clicking for the user if
they want to stay put, but it saves setting up the switch dialog if they
do want to switch.
