Yeah I found that, but it seems to imply that the
"%SystemRoot%\Minidump" directory is for "system failures" ... not
application errors. But I'm not 100% sure of that.

When explorer crashes the Windows Error report dialog opened and showed
me the data that was going to be submitted ... I just couldn't figure
out where that data was stored to I could send it to Stefan.
