Could you prepare an auto-responder?

Rule: if subject contains-case-insensitive "bug" then

reply<<<EOF

 Dear sir or madam,

I'm almost sure you've found a bug. A very big one. In fact, your
computer is on fire now because of my faulty program! But please,
just in case your bug isn't really a bug (just an 0.00001% of chance,
but who knows...) please read our FAQ (<url>) and our DOCS (<url>).

When you're totally sure you've found a problem in the software,
please make sure you've noted this information: complete version
number, what you was doing, a repro recipe if there is one, ... and
only then send another email withOUT the word "bug" in the subject.

Thank you very much in advance.

P.S.: Your original mail has been sent to trash, and this reply is
automated. Please follow the directions above if you want it to reach
 the developers. Thank you.

and sent original mail to trash.

end if

Just my 2 cents ;)

Best regards,

Fernando Nájera
