[TSVN] major bug in TSVN shell extension

Show overlay status icons recursively = 1.
One file is modified by external editor.
Pressing F5 didn't change anything.

But when I go to the "picker" subfolder by explorer and then back to one level up - the overlay changes to red mark.

Where is my problem?

I have no time to learn shell extension code - so no patch supplied.
