'Preview' is clear.
'Go BTS' should be called differently. Maybe 'go to issuetracker'?
'Issue picker' is clear.

Haven't tested that one. But screenshots look good.

There's one big problem with your patch though:
You haven't mentioned anywhere what the xml file format is. RSS isn't
clear either, because there are multipe RSS standards out there. So
which of these standards does the RSS feed has to use?

Another thing we first have to discuss first before I can apply your patch:
Should we use a standard xml file for the issue picker or introduce our
own? I mean the issue picker has a special purpose, and therefore might
need a special format. In a normal RSS feed it's not clear what the
issue number is, what the URL to the issue itself is, what the status of
the issue is, ...

Also, I don't think it's a good idea to have the issue picker a separate
program/dll. We should include that in TSVN itself but keep it
configurable so it can work with as many issuetrackers as possible.

You can add resources yourself. Those changes will be included in the
patchfile if you do an "create patch" command.
