[TSVN] Explorer crash in tortoisesvn.dll using 1.2.1.3895

Hi there,

I've been running 1.2.1.3895 and I've had explorer crash a number of
times in the tortoisesvn.dll. (See attached screenshot).

I couldn't figure out how to copy more info out of the Windows Error
Reporter (but I'm not sure it would have helped anyway....)

At the time I was using explorer, and from memory I deleted a file from
a folder that is not a working copy or anywhere near one.

Looking back through the event log I've had a couple of these recently
with exactly this error and fault address:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting
module tortoisesvn.dll, version 1.2.1.3895, fault address 0x00003567.

.... and some probably unrelated for 1.2.0 ....
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting
module tortoisesvn.dll, version 1.2.0.3602, fault address 0x000033ac.
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting
module tortoisesvn.dll, version 1.2.0.3602, fault address 0x00003a07.
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting
module tortoisesvn.dll, version 1.2.0.3602, fault address 0x000039df.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. So that if this
happens again I'll be able to gather more info.
