[TSVN] new feature request

Hi !

Bug Tracking Software integration improvement ("preview" and "Go BTS" commands).

My solution is very simple and preliminary.
But it is very useful (now developer can launch BTS and check BUGIDs in commit message,
quickly resolve issues etc).

You should remove duplicate code, add resources etc...
