[TSVN] SVN problem(with attached file)

Dear Sir
My environment is: env.jpg and use http to connect SVN server with
Subversion v1.2.0
(http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91)
Step :
1. using SVN checkout( checkout.jpg) to g:\tmp\x
2. using "Check for Modifications" to "check repository"
Error msg (err.jpg)
pls tell me what happen and how to resolve...thks
