[TSVN] Bug: Commit on multiple selected files causes subtree scan

From: Pavel Smirnov <huge_at_ax.ru>

Hello,

I think I've just found an issue with 1.2.1 version.
I'm working on a large tree and noticed new behavior since
I installed 1.2.1 over 1.2.0.

Basically when I'm selecting a couple of files in a top
level folder TSVN seemingly starts checking for all
subdirectories, us the TortoiseProc.exe process goes high
on cpu and memory and eventually comes back with a list,
but it takes aprox same time as to commit entire tree.

If I select one file commit works faster.

Kind regards,
Pavel.
