IIRC most of the sw I install doesn't have a listbox, you are expected to
know what you're doing if you change the textbox value, so why not do that
and forget the list box?
If a non-existent sub-folder is entered (e.g. suorce/tsvn) then create it.
You could prompt to create new folders if you want, to give a warning about
typos (like my deliberate one above).
I don't have much problem moving shortcuts around in the start menu but I
have no idea if other people bother or have 3 column start menus.
