No, I did relocate, my previously posted URL in fact showed this:

So that's not the problem.

I think the problem is related to the fact that the wc was relocated
using username "guest" that does not have commit access. But since it
always asked me for username and password upon commit, this shouldn't be
an issue. I cannot think of what else it could be.
