[TSVN] Selecting/deselecting multiple files

Hi guys

I think I have asked for this before but I haven't seen it implemented
yet, neither can I find a feature request for it.

I desperately need a way to select/deselect a lot of files at once in
dialogs (at least in the commit dialog).

Suppose the commit dialog shows 40 changed files and I only want to
commit 20 of them. Then I have to select or deselect 20 files manually.
Suppose that my files are sorted so I can (shift-)select all 20 files in
two clicks. Then I need a way to deselect them in one operation.

Suggestions on implementing this:

1. If multiple files are selected, checking or uncheck one of them does
the same thing for the rest of the files selected.
2. If multiple files are selected, right-clicking adds "Select" or
"Unselect" to the context menu.

This should be available everywhere where I'm selecting files, e.g. Add,
Commit, Revert dialogs.

Hope someone will implement this, it will save me a lot of clicks (and
thereby precious time).

Best regards,
Jan Nielsen
