Well, the first place where I would look for the reason for the
disabled button, is next to this button.

Thinking about it further I now realize, that I was irritated by the
fact, that I could enter a revision for the "to: URL" (or check head),
but not via show log.

What do you think about disabling the complete "to: Url" section when
"use from" is checked, and mentioning that a revision range is to be
selected in the "from Url" revision field?

Perhaps even moving the "use from" text and checkbox above this
section?
