On some of my machines, I do not have Windows Scripting Host installed.
It's on purpose, since it keeps the most common 90% of all vira from
hitting those boxes.
It seems nasty to rely on WSH being installed - the feature should be
implemented as a .exe which invokes the relevant COM objects instead,
IMHO.
