[TSVN] possible GUI enhancement

Hi,

[ TSVN 1.2 build 3602 / Windows XP ]

when in the commit dialog with a lot of files with changes, it is
laborious to keep clikcing on the checkboxes, 4 entries at a time on the
left side of the dialog, and then having to scroll down with the mouse
on the right (this is for cases where you really do want to eyeball all
entries, and not just automatically check the whole lot). In the
equivalent BitKeeper dialog, when you check an item, the list
auto-scrolls down one row, meaning that you can just leave the mouse
where it is and keep clicking. It's unexpected the first time, but
incredibly nice thereafter. An alternative would be to put the scroll
bar on the left, next to the check boxes.
