[TSVN] Bug: Repo Browser does not switch back to HEAD

Steps:
* Open repo browser
* Click on the revision button in the upper right corner.
* Select some revision number 1 and hit OK.
* Click on the button again
* select HEAD and hit OK.

--> The browser remains at revision 1 and does not switch back to HEAD.

When you're at it, some suggestions for that little dialog:
* Leave the revision field always enabled. Once a user types a text in
that field, automatically swtch the radio button from HEAD to
Revision. That way the dialog behaves in a similar way as the print
dialog in WORD: When entering a page number, the print mode switches
from Document to Pages.

* Set the input focus to the edit control when opening the dialog.
Right now the focus is "nowhere".
