[TSVN] Column resizing problems in log viewer

From: Norbert Unterberg <nunterberg_at_gmail.com>

TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3817
Subversion 1.2.1, -dev

There still seem to be issues in the column resizing in the file list
of the log window.

See for your self:

* Right click somehwere on the desktop
* Select TSVN --> Repo Browser
* Enter this URL: http://svn.edgewall.com/repos/trac/branches/cmlenz-dev/perm
* Right click on the Perm folder and select "Show Log"
* Select the first revision in the list (r1735)

Now have a close look at the file list:
- it contains a horizontal scroll bar that is not neccessary (plenty
of room left)
- When you scroll down the list (or move the slider to show more
files) you will notice that some file names are trunkated (...)
although the list is wide enough to show the full name.

Is that a bug or is it intended?

After some playing around it seems as if the column resizing only taks
the file names into account that are currently visible. When seleting
the log entry when the file list is large enough to show all files
then no file name is cut off...
