I never ever look into the single page html. If I want everything in one
file, I download a pdf ;-)
I can imagine the reason for this. The single page html doesn't have the
navigation sections. I'll find something but probably not this weekend.
Tonight it's late and tomorrow (today in fact) we're going to have a big
party. If it's as good as last year I'll need the entire sunday to
recover...
