[TSVN] Icon overlays FAQ entry

I've found that on my system (WinXPsp2 fully patched), if the treeview
overlays lag for whatever reason, it _is_ possible to kick them into
correctness. I have to collapse the tree such that the WC that is
misbehaving is no longer visible (usually, collapse the folder
containing the WC), hit F5, and then re-expand. 99% of the time, this
works.

Is this the case on other Windows versions too?
