[TSVN] OT: frx files for VB6

I have some Excel forms, which also have those frx files. These seem
to change, even if I do not change the form layout (i.e. with every
save of the frm).

I am still waiting for TSVN / SVN 1.2.1 to appear, so I can try the
new locking feature on them.
