What exactly is not working? Issue 83 was completed before the 1.2.0

The current arrangement is to search as you type. What is wrong with
that?

You really _don't_ want to have that. The statistics are gathered from
information available from the history data already downloaded. That
does not include lines of code per author. If you have tried using Blame
you will know it takes some time to download that information. Now
imagine if you ask for that for the top level folder of the subversion
repository, you will have to do a blame operation on every file in the
repository.
