If I could offer the following alternative to Simon's suggestion
of making people know that these are SVN command's being executed.

Move SVN files here
Copy SVN files here
Copy & Rename SVN files here
Add as SVN files here
Export SVN files here
Export all SVN files here

It has "SVN" replace the word "versioned" but at the same time
it's not like the current where it sounds like your accessing the
repository immediately.

     ie. "Move files 'in Subversion' to here".

Alternatively, I really like the suggestion of moving these
actions into a TortoiseSVN sub-menu. I would have no problem with
it. However, some people might consider this as too much mouse
work. Hmmm... maybe not?
