If I could do what I wanted to do, I'd want to look at docs on a website
without downloading a big file - the whole point is previewing changes
with minimal effort. The rationale being that the lower the effort, the
more people might do it. The more people that do it, the more
nightly-build-users you might get.

I already use nightlies; it's not me you'd be doing this for, if you do
it - it'd be the people that lurk, or aren't subscribed, but still want
to get more details of changes that the changelog provides, or wants to
see how a new feature works without installing less-than-release-grade
software.

It doesn't affect me at work, much, because I've been told to stop using
it in favour of VSS :( The rationale behind this is that the new Visual
Studio Team System will have an importer for VSS repositories, so since
we're going to use that, we have to use VSS now. Grr. Sympathy
welcome...
