[TSVN] Checkout dialog not resizeable

Hi,

many dialogs in TortoiseSVN are resizeable. At least the checkout dialog
is not. Here in my company we use very long URLs and repository names so
that it is impossible to distinguish the names when dropping down the
combo box "URL of repository:". Our users are not pleased about this.

Would it be possible to make all dialogs - where you can select URLs -
resizeable (at least in x-direction)?
