I went there out of curiousity, clicked on the first link (http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/?q=node/30), and got a MySQL error about a server not being found. Refresh - same. I went back, to remind myself which I'd clicked on. I clicked it again (I hadn't copied the error down), and this time it loaded.

Oddness.
