Then this is something you'll need to talk to the administrator about. Its a security issue to do with the server.

        I tried to install TortoiseSVN on a Windows 2003 server. It refused to install, the message was "The advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your administrator to change the installation use interface otion to basic".
