[TSVN] Integrate AutoComplete with Spellchecker

I might be mad, but would it be an idea to add the words generated by
the AutoComplete function (that seem to have come from the committed
files) to a temporary dictionary used on the commit dialog, so the
spellchecker doesn't ask you to spell check things which autocomplete
has suggested for you (like class names etc)?

I'm not sure if this is at all practical, but it occured to me that if
there was less blue underlining due to class/file names, then the spell
checker may actually be useful as it would likely only highlight
misspelled words instead of highlighting all non dictionary words.
