[TSVN] save authentication does not work from lock/unlock dialog

Hello

Just a minor issue:

I do not have the authentication information saved, and when I lock or
unlock a file and activate the 'save authentication' checkbox on the
dialog, the authentication dialog will appear again the next time I
try another operation.
If i activate the 'save authentication' checkbox during e.g. an update
it remembers the authentication info.

TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3602
Server is svn-win32-1.2.0 on Apache 2.0.54 with Basic authentication.
