[TSVN] Upper- / Lowercase Problem on Windows

Hi,

I have two files, varying in upper/lowercase letters:

dl_messages_fr_be.properties
dl_messages_fr_BE.properties

On a checkout I get the following Error message:

Added: E:\tica\dl\dl_messages_fr_be.properties
Added: E:\tica\dl\dl_messages_fr_BE.properties
Error: In directory 'E:\tica\dl'
Error: Can't copy
'E:\tica\dl\.svn\tmp\text-base\dl_messages_nl_BE.properties.svn-base'
Error: to 'E:\tica\dl\dl_messages_nl_BE.properties.tmp': Das System kann
die angegebene
Error: Datei nicht finden.

I guess that the temporary file for dl_messages_fr_be.properties is the
same as for dl_messages_fr_BE.properties, and upon move of
dl_messages_fr_be.properties from the tmp folder to the supposed
destionation dl_messages_fr_BE.properties misses its temporary file.
