[TSVN] TSVN causing asp.net app recompile

I've noticed something interesting with TSVN1.2: if I do an 'Update' on a web
app (no changes are brought down), I loose session state - I assume this is
caused by TSVN touching the dll in some way, and causing .NET to recompile..

The *.dll is in my global exclude list, so should this be happening? I guess it
must be the dll, because changes to other types of files (like .aspx) won't
cause a full recompile and session state loss, only the file itself would be
reprocessed.

Also, more worryingly, I think I've experienced this *without* doing a 'Update'
(but this is more difficult to prove) - is it possible TSVNCache is also
touching the dll, following a different change?

This is a dev machine, so it's only inconvenient - but if people have TSVN on a
server is could be critical..

Thanks,

John
