Hm "Whenever I have TSVN running" doesn't tell me enough. What operation are
you trying to do? Update, commit, show log?!?

I'm running an even older (1.1.2) svn server with tsvn client between 1.1.3
and 1.2.0 here in my company, without ever having seen this message.

Does this also heppen when you use the CL client?
Which version of Apache are you running? Maybe yours is too old?

If you fetch the log from an old server with TSVN 1.2.0, you should enable
the "use old api to fetch log messages" option, because otherwise this
operation will be slow.
There is also a bug in the subversion 1.2.0 libraries causing slowdowns. You
might want to search for "svn log speed" on the svn dev list. A patch / fix
for svn 1.2.1 is under way.

Cheers
- Lübbe
