[TSVN] Drag and Drop problem.

Using TortoiseSVN nightly 1.2.0 r3684
Windows XP SP2

I've been trying some of the new drag and drop features. Very nice.

However, I noticed a problem if you click on an already highlighted folder,
it comes up with the Log dialog box expecting a message to move the folder.
My best guess is that it seems to believe that a drag operation to has
been initiated.

To reproduce:
  - highlight folder, then click on it again.

I know... why would I click on an already highlighted folder? Well..,
in explorer, clicking on a folder located on the left pane in the
explorer window typically opens the folder tree if it has already been
highlighted and originally closed. A habit I'm trying to get rid of
since TortoiseSVN repo-browser doesn't operate that way.
