I have installed version 1.2.0.3662 without change to the symptoms this
bug.

Is there anything in my login that could be preventing me from seeing
these menus?

Can you please try the next nightly build? I've changed the installer to
create the registry keys under
HKMU\Software\Classes
instead of HKCU. This should get rid of that problem.
