Fixed in revision 3672.

But just a note: if you depend on the current working directory to *not*
be changed, you must save and restore it whenever you show the file open
dialog (or any other dialog which is not your own). Because all shell
dialogs load shell extensions which might change that directory. And
it's not a requirement for shell extensions to preserve the current
working directory.
