[TSVN] Commit dialog autocomplete annoyance

From: Nick Gilbert <nick_at_x-rm.com>

I've found a very irritating problem with autocomplete in the commit dialog.

If it starts suggesting an autocomplete entry for the last word you
intend to type on a line, then pressing enter selects that word even if
you didn't want it.

Eg I want to type "Created a new page"
but it changes it to "Created a new Page_Load" when I hit enter.

The autocomplete shouldn't subsitute any words unless you press the down
arrow key first. Currently it selects the top word if you press enter.

The only workaround is to click away from the autocomplete listbox with
the mouse and THEN press enter.

Please fix this annoying problem :)
