[TSVN] bug: 1.2.0 settings dialog menu in zh_TW

Hi,

        I use TSVN 1.2.0 with latest trad. chinese langpack.
        The text in red square is translated "Look and feel"(please see
        attached screenshot), and "External Programs" submenu and "Look
        and feel" submenu are already fully translated in the latest
        traditional chinese langpack. However, they are still displayed
        in English.
