[TSVN] Add words to spelling dictionary

Hi all

Is there a way to add words to the spelling dictionary? If so how? If
not, can there please be an entry in the context menu for a mis-spelled
word, to add it to the dictionary?

Also, would it be feasible to treat Pascal/Camel-cased words as separate
words instead of one single word? For example, "EditGridMode" isn't in
my dictionary, but "Edit", "Grid" and "Mode" all are, and I would like
"EditGridMode" to not be flagged as a mis-spelling.

Given that log messages will often contain identifiers, and identifiers
will often be Pascal/Camel-case, it seems like that would be nicer to
users than making them add all their identifiers to the dictionary, or
getting in the habit of ignoring the spell-checker error-underlines
because they're too lazy to add the identifiers.
