Thanks, I _have_ read it! But there's NO answer to any of my questions
there. Repeat:

- how to commit my English .RC patches? (making some room for translated
text; language independent)
- where to get lang dll's? [absent for v1.2]
- Is there any tool to generate .po from English and localized dlls? (or I
need to write it by myself?)
- What's the right way to commit the translation?
- how to get a (readonly) access to repo?
