Sorry, but I can't see what this would be good for?

What function from the explorer context menu would you need on which dialog?

I think this is a dangerous feature, because you could e.g. compress
files with that menu, delete files, rename files - and all without TSVN
being aware of it! And all this *inside* a TSVN dialog?
