[TSVN] Windows case insensitive file names

Hi,

i use TortoiseSVN as main Subversion client for the last year and i got just one problem. Here is it:
In my project i have file:
Resource.h

It is under source control (Subversion 1.1).
I don't know which Microsoft "wizard" renamed it to
resource.h

The "new" file is not under source control so if i add (again) it is added second time. I can not do any
SVN Update, because i have "Resource.h" and "resource.h" in the same directory. My suggestion is to check
(case insensitive!) for existing file in the repository.

Best regards, Vasil Boshnyakov

P.S> Thank you for the great work!
