[TSVN] check_for_modifications and commit dialogs give no indication of the wc path

Hi all,

most of TSVNs dialogs give information about the wc-path/URL they are
working on. Either in the window title or elswhere in the dialog.

The check_for_modifications and the commit dialogs lack this info.
Whould it be possible to add the wc path to the window title?

I often have multiple wc of the same repo url.
As windows explorer does not move the selection marker permanently if
you right click on a folder (to invoke TSVN), there is no way to tell
the related wc after the dialog opened.

Or think about having two check_form_modification dialogs open at the
same time.
