I have just trolled through a representative sample of my repositories
large and small, old and new and do not experience any problems viewing
the logs.
Some are fresh with 1 initial entry.
All WCs are checkouts of the each entire repository, not a fragment so
that may provide a lead.

Win2000, TSVN 1.2 build 3602 connecting to svn 1.2 rc3 on NT4 with fsfs.
