[TSVN] Tortoise Crashes on XP

hello-

I'm trying to use TSVN as our front end GUI for Subversion. The
problem I'm having is that the bloody thing crashes every time I try
to run it. This is true for whatever TSVN related function
I try. Here's a sample of the Crash Log:
