Wait until the cache has crawled all your working copies. Then you
shouldn't see that behaviour anymore. Of course, the shell sometimes
does this on its own (it happens to me here even though I don't have
TSVN running [1]!!).

[1] In case you're wondering why I don't have TSVN running: I always run
it in a debugger. If I kept it running 'normally', I couldn't build it
because the shell keeps the dll locked. But don't worry: I have it
running in my office without a debugger, so I can test the HEAD
revisions in real life too.
