And I'd like "third" that. :) Going from VSS to Subversion is like
going from notepad.exe to a "real" text editor; at first you think,
"hey, what I've got mostly works, why move?", but after switching, your
eyes open up to the power and features and you can't dream of going back.

For Windows-heavy shops like ours, TortoiseSVN is the tool that let this
happen.
