[TSVN] Branch from working copy and modified files

Is this the first request for 1.3?

When we branch for release (tag), we modify our version info file before
  tagging and then do a branch from working copy.

Would it be possible to display modified files list box on the branch
dialog? (But possibly disable it if branch from HEAD or a specific
revision is selected?)
