[TSVN] Log viewer - next 100 fails

The log viewer - next 100 button fails when there are less than 100 entries in
the log. The error is:

"REPORT request failed on '....' '....' path not found"

Works fine when there are >100 entries.

Also, is it normal for explorer to apparently refresh itself during use? This
can cause keyboard focus to be lost, ie when renaming a file.
